Faggin is a name that commands reverence among serious vintage Italian road bike collectors, and the Campione del Mondo — 'World Champion' — represents the marque at its absolute pinnacle. This 50cm example is genuinely extraordinary: it has been stored indoors since the day it was built, never ridden, and the photos tell that story unmistakably — the deep candy-red paint and vivid multicolor Faggin graphics are flawless, the chrome fork blades gleam without a trace of oxidation, and every Campagnolo Nuovo Record component from the derailleurs to the crankset to the brakes wears the untouched sheen of new old stock. The Crono Ambrosio Montreal tubulars are original and cosmetically pristine, though they no longer hold air — kept in place intentionally to preserve the bike's as-built integrity. A full Nuovo Record groupset throughout, Sakae Modolo Custom bars, Campagnolo headset and bottom bracket, and even the original chain round out a time-capsule build that simply does not surface in this condition. Ideal for the serious collector or the rider who wants the most authentic classic Italian road experience imaginable in a compact 50cm package.
| Condition | Like-New - A New Take-Off, Appears To Not Be Used |
| Condition Notes | In new old stock condition. This bike has been sitting indoors since it was made. All components are in like new condition, as is the frame. This is a beautiful bike and is extremely hard to find in this condition. Tires do not hold air but we wanted to keep it original. It has been wiped down but that is it- that is how clean this example is. |
