What type of bikes are accepted?

We specialize in premium road, mountain, gravel, and e-bikes from the world's most respected manufacturers. As a general guideline, bikes and components with an original retail value of $2,500 are likely to be accepted.

Every item we accept is professionally inspected, refurbished, and prepared for its next rider — so we look for quality equipment that meets that standard.

What type of condition is acceptable?

We accept gear in excellent to gently used condition — light scratches, minor paint chips, and everyday cosmetic wear are no concern. What matters most is structural integrity: all items must be free of cracks, significant dents, frame damage, or compromised carbon.

Every bike that enters our program undergoes a thorough professional inspection and refurbishment before reaching its next owner, so we look for bikes and components that are mechanically sound and ready to be brought back to peak form.

What if my bike is older than 2018 or under $2,500 MSRP?

We can't accept bikes older than 2018 or with an original MSRP under $2,500.

Do you buy frames, wheels, or groupsets without a complete bike?

At this time we only buy complete bikes — not standalone frames, wheels, or groupsets.

What photos do you need?

Please send clear photos of both sides of the bike, plus any areas that show wear — scratches, chips, cable rub, and similar details help us send an accurate offer.

How fast will I get an offer after I submit?

You'll receive an official cash offer within 30 minutes of submitting your bike details and photos.

Do I have to accept the offer?

No. Every offer is no-obligation. If the number isn't right, there's no pressure to accept.

Are there any fees to sell?

What happens if the bike doesn't match the photos or description?

We'll contact you with options. If the bike has undescribed damage or doesn't match the photos, we may lower the offer or decline it.

How does Shipping/Drop-Off Work?

If you're local to the Denver area, we'll provide a scheduling link to book a convenient drop-off time once you accept your offer. For shipped bikes, we provide a free prepaid shipping label along with detailed packing and shipping instructions to guide you through the process.

We recommend having your bike professionally packed at a local shop to ensure safe transport. Once your bike arrives, our team will inspect it and begin the evaluation process.

Who is responsible if the bike is damaged in shipping?

Every shipment is fully insured. If the bike is damaged in transit, we'll handle filing the insurance claim.
