The 2024 Salsa Horsethief C is one of the most capable trail bikes the brand has ever produced, and this Medium example arrives in excellent condition with only very light signs of use — the striking gloss crimson red-to-carbon fade finish still commands attention and the drivetrain presents as nearly new. Underneath that eye-catching paint is a full carbon frame paired with a RockShox Pike Select+ RC up front delivering 140mm of controlled travel and a Fox Float DPS Performance shock out back, a suspension pairing that punches well above this price point in the used market. The all-Shimano drivetrain — SLX M7100 shifters and rear derailleur, SLX M7130 30T crankset, and a wide-range Deore M6100 10-51T cassette — offers precise, reliable 12-speed shifting whether you're grinding up switchbacks or sending it down the descent. Maxxis Minion DHF 2.5" up front and DHR 2.3" rear tires in EXO TR spec are mounted tubeless on WTB ST Light i30 rims, giving you confidence-inspiring grip and flat protection right out of the box. The Renthal Fatbar handlebar, Salsa Guide Trail stem, and TranzX dropper post round out a contact-point setup that's ready to shred. An ideal buy for the aggressive trail or enduro-leaning rider who wants a current-model carbon rig without the new-bike premium.
