The full-carbon frameset — including the matching Oltre XR3 carbon fork — presents in excellent condition with only the faintest traces of use, no chips, cracks, or delamination to speak of. Shimano Ultegra DI2 electronic shifting delivers crisp, effortless gear changes through the full 2x11 drivetrain, while Ultegra hydraulic disc brakes provide confident stopping power in any conditions. The Roval Alpinist carbon wheelset is a standout upgrade — lightweight, stiff, and rolling on Continental GP5000 tires that still show plenty of tread. A Fizik Arione saddle with carbon braided rails and a full Bianchi Reparto Corse cockpit round out a build that feels cohesive and premium from stem to dropout.
