We will email you a pre-paid return label. Install your new parts, pack your old wheelset in the same box, and ship it back to us.
5. Inspection And Payout
We will issue your approved trade-in refund after we receive, inspect, and verify your old wheelset's condition.

How does it work?
What type of gear is accepted?
We accept high-end road, mountain, and gravel wheelsets for both rim brake and disc brake bikes. Eligible wheelsets may be carbon or aluminum and must be from reputable performance brands. Accepted brands include, but are not limited to, ENVE, Zipp, Princeton CarbonWorks, Stan’s, Industry Nine, DT Swiss, Mavic, and Roval. All wheels must be in good working condition.
What type of condition is acceptable?
We accept gear that is in good, very good, or excellent working condition. Normal cosmetic wear such as light scratches, paint chips, and minor scuffs is completely acceptable. All items must be structurally sound and free from major damage, including cracks, severe dents, or compromised carbon.
Wheels should be functional and serviceable, as every item goes through our professional inspection and refurbishment process before resale.
How do payouts work?
Once your trade-in is approved, we pay out the agreed-upon amount after we receive and inspect your wheels. This process ensures fairness for both parties and confirms that the items match what was submitted.
If the wheelset is not sent, arrives in a different condition than shown or described, or is missing any listed components, we reserve the right to refuse or adjust the trade-in value. All approved payouts are issued as a refund on your purchase.
How does Shipping Work?
Once your new order is placed, we’ll ship it directly to you and email you a prepaid return label. After receiving your new wheels, please install them and carefully pack your old wheels into the same box they arrive in. Attach the prepaid label and send it back to us for inspection. This keeps the process simple, streamlined, and cost-free for you.
