FAQ
What type of gear is accepted?
We accept high-end used road, mountain, and gravel bike groupsets from SRAM, Shimano, and Campagnolo. Both mechanical and electronic systems are eligible, and year or model does not matter, as long as the components are in good working condition.
We focus on quality equipment from reputable brands that can be professionally refurbished and resold. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before submitting.
What type of condition is acceptable?
We accept gear that is in good, very good, or excellent working condition. Normal cosmetic wear such as light scratches, paint chips, and minor scuffs is completely acceptable. All items must be structurally sound and free from major damage, including cracks, severe dents, or compromised carbon.
Components should be functional and serviceable, as every item goes through our professional inspection and refurbishment process before resale.
How do payouts work?
Once your trade-in is approved, we pay out the agreed-upon amount after we receive and inspect your groupset. This process ensures fairness for both parties and confirms that the items match what was submitted.
If the groupset is not sent, arrives in a different condition than shown or described, or is missing any listed components, we reserve the right to refuse or adjust the trade-in value. All approved payouts are issued as a refund on your purchase.
How does shipping work?
Once your new order is placed, we’ll ship it directly to you and email you a free prepaid return label.
After receiving your new groupset, please install it and carefully pack your old groupset into the same box it arrived in. Attach the prepaid label and send it back to us for inspection. This keeps the process simple, streamlined, and cost-free for you.
Do I need to trade-in a full groupset?
No. We accept both complete and partial groupsets. As part of our commitment to creating a circular economy, we’re happy to accept individual components as long as they’re in good working condition.
Don't see the groupset that you want?
We can custom order most Shimano and SRAM groupsets, including the latest models and hard-to-find configurations.
We also stock new shifters, derailleurs, cranksets, cassettes, chains, and brakes for custom builds. If you’re not sure what’s best for your bike or riding style, our team is happy to help you put together the right setup. Just reach out and we’ll take care of the rest.
